Stage 1 – Industrial Grade Chemical Deep Clean Treatment

• Internal ducting filter is removed, cleaned and disinfected.
• Debris, mould and bacteria is removed from the ducted filter housing which is then disinfected.
• Using a HEPA-filtered vacuum, the filter, filter housing and accessible ductwork are vacuumed to removed dust, debris and mould buildup.

Stage 2 – Residential Ducted Unit Hydro-Pressure Washing

• Ducted filter is thoroughly pressure washed to remove remaining dirt, debris and mould.
• Ducted filter housing is thoroughly pressure washed to remove remaining dirt, debris and mould.

Stage 3 – Ceiling Duct Removal, Disinfection & Sanitisation

• Ceiling ducts throughout the property has removed, disinfected and sanitised prior to being reinstalled.

Stage 4 - Industrial Grade Sanitisation

• Using our hospital grade disinfectant and mould preventative agent we sanitise the units filter, filter housing, ceiling ducts and accessible ducting, aiding in the inhibition of future bacteria and mould growth within the unit.
