Stage 1 – Industrial Grade Chemical Deep Clean Treatment
- Internal unit is disassembled and wrapped in a catchment bag and bucket to safely and cleanly collect chemical/water waste.
- Coils and drip-tray have various industry-grade chemicals and cleaning utensils applied to assist in loosening mould, debris and bacteria prior to next steps.
- Air outlet and fan barrel have various industry-grade chemicals and cleaning utensils applied to assist in loosening mould, debris and bacteria prior to next steps.
- Surrounding plastic of the internal unit is cleaned and disinfected.
- Dust attached in and around the internal unit is cleared to prevent future blockages.
Stage 2 – Internal Unit Hydro-Pressure Washing
- The system coils and drip-tray are pressure washed to remove any debris, mould and bacteria lurking within the unit.
- Air outlet and fan barrel are pressure washed to flush out contaminants such as debris, mould and bacteria which helps improve airflow and quality.
Stage 3 – External Casing/Components Chemical Clean & Pressure Washing
- Unit casing(s) of the split system are removed, cleaned and disinfected to remove dirt, mould and bacteria, improving longevity of system parts.
- Unit louvres of the split system are cleaned and disinfected to remove dirt, mould and bacteria, improving air flow and quality.
Stage 4 - Industrial Grade Sanitisation
- Using our hospital grade disinfectant and mould preventative agent we sanitise the unit, aiding in the inhibition of future bacteria and mould growth within the unit.
