When accessible, please isolate the power to your split system unit(s) via the external unit(s). If you are unaware of how to do so or are unable to reach the switch, please inform the attending technician(s) on the day of treatment.
Clear the surroundings
Where possible, please clear the surroundings of the split system(s) we will be attending to, in order to ensure enough space for technician(s) to work efficiently. If you are unable to move heavier items or have concerns about certain items, please inform the attending technician(s) and they will be able to aid you in moving furniture and/or personal belongings or discuss alternative solutions.

How to Prepare for your Breathe Easy Solutions Mould Removal Treatment
Clear the Surroundings
Where possible, please clear the surroundings of the workspace(s) we will be attending to, in order to ensure enough space for technician(s) to work efficiently. Such as mould affected walls or windows. If you are unable to move heavier items or have concerns about certain items, please inform the attending technician(s) and they will be able to aid you in moving furniture and/or personal belongings or discuss alternative solutions.
Cover / Clear
Although the product we utilise is non-toxic, food safe, pet safe and fabric safe, it can leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth if consumed. We do ask that for your own benefit that any food as well as any utensils that typically come into contact with the mouth (eg. toothbrushes, cutlery, children’s toys, pet toys and bowls etc.) please be placed into an isolated area such as a pantry or closet. The product will also leave a residue on surfaces it comes into contact with, we do suggest that wherever possible you do not remove this residue post treatment as when left to air dry, will form a protective coating and prevent micro-organisms from forming over a longer period and will biodegrade over time. However, we understand that for some areas of the home this may not be desirable. In this case we ask that you please cover any areas you do not want the product to come into contact with using a drop sheet, blanket etc. We also ask that pets that are required to stay in an indoor tank be covered, as while this product is airborne it is a respiratory irritant and could disturb pH levels in water tanks. Please let technician(s) know if you need any help covering these items.
Containment
In order for our micro-misting treatment to perform optimally, we ask that prior to our treatment
that all windows and doors be closed up to contain the product. If you are unable to reach certain windows / doors or not able to do this on your own, please let the attending technician(s) know so that they can aid you.
Vacate
In order to perform our micro-misting sanitisation treatment, technician(s) will need the property vacant of people and pets for a two and a half hour period. In regards to any tank based pets please see the above section “2. Cover / Clear.”
